    Arsalan is the Director – Resilience & Crisis Management in Deloitte’s Cyber Risk practice based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. With an overall experience of 17+ years, he has in-depth knowledge & experience in the field of Crisis Management, Resiliency, and Business Continuity, working with several different industry sectors for the development and implementation of BCMS based on ISO 22301 and other regional and local regulations, establishing crisis management and communication capabilities, as well as delivering complex simulations based on real-world scenarios, etc.

    Arsalan has a master’s in computer science from ‘The National University of Computers and Emerging Sciences’ in Pakistan (graduation in June 2008), along with certifications like CBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 27005 Lead Risk Manager, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

    Dr. Abdullah A.I. Alnajem is an accomplished professional specializing in nuclear cybersecurity, computer science, and finance. He holds licenses as a Nuclear Cybersecurity Professional granted by the World Institute for Nuclear Security in Vienna, Austria, and as a consultant in Computers, IT & Communications awarded by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce & Investment.

    With educational background from George Mason University in the USA and The University of Manchester in the UK, Dr. Alnajem graduated in Finance & Accounting and Computer Science. He further earned an MSc and a PhD from The University of Manchester, specializing in Cyber Risk & Cybersecurity.

    Throughout his career, Dr. Alnajem has gained valuable experience at organizations such as KPMG, Riyad Bank, Alhamrani Universal Company, and currently serves as a Chief Cybersecurity Officer in the insurance sector. He has also had virtual internships with JPMorgan Chase & Co. and General Electric. 

    In 2019, Dr. Alnajem’s innovative work earned him a patent from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO.GOV) for his invention, which has received international recognition and been referenced by major banks and security firms such as Bank of America, PayPal, Robert Bosch, and Palo Alto Networks.

    Greg Sisson

    Former United State Department of Energy Chief Information Security Officer - United States

    Greg is an Executive Director in the EY Power and Utilities Cybersecurity Consulting practice and has been with the firm since July 2022. He is a seasoned executive-level leader with extensive experience developing, implementing, and leading cybersecurity initiatives, programs, and operations in positions of increasing scope and responsibility at the department level for the United States Departments of Energy and Defense.

    Prior to joining EY in July of 2022, he served in the US Department of Energy as the Chief Information Security Officer where he was responsible for Department wide cybersecurity operations, risk management and compliance enabling the Departments support to energy, environmental management, transformative science and nuclear security mission areas.

    Prior to DOE, he served as the Chief of Staff and the Deputy Director of Operations in Joint Force Headquarters Department of Defense (DOD) Information Network (JFHQ-DODIN). JFHQ-DODIN is the component of United States Cyber Command responsible for directing and managing DOD defensive cyberspace operations globally.

    Before JFHQ-DODIN, he served in several roles at United States Joint Forces Command and the Joint Staff, training military organizations as they prepared for combat operations in support of Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom.

    Greg served over 20 years as a non-commissioned and commissioned officer in the United States Army where he led diverse organizations at multiple echelons. He retired as a Signal Officer in 2004.

    Greg completed his undergraduate work at the University of South Carolina Aiken where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and, in 2014 he earned a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the College of Naval Warfare in Newport, RI.
